Infrared Dry-Off and Cure Ovens

The water Dry-Off oven consists of Fostoria Industries 900 series gold anodized aluminum reflectors in a 30' long oven, with a total of 180KW at 216 amps at 480V, 3 phase.

The cure oven consists of the 900 series sections in a 22' long oven, with a total of 480KW, 576 amps, at 480V, 3 phase.

The curing oven operates with three zones of temperature control, each controlled through a percentage timer. The controller cycles the elements from full to half voltage at a preset rate for product temperature.
