The PROCESS HEAT DIVISION of Fostoria Industries
is proposing to rent
which has a commercial value of $ . Rental charges are as follows:

First 30 days	15% of commercial value
Second 30 days	25% of commercial value
Third 30 days	30% of commercial value
Fourth 30 days	30% of commercial value

Four invoices will be sent upon shipment of the equipment. If the equipment is kept beyond the first 30 day segment, invoices will be payable at the start of each subsequent 30 day segment.

The user agrees to pay all shipping charges. The equipment will be sent out freight collect and must be returned with freight prepaid. All returned units are inspected and refurbished. Any mechanical and/or electrical repairs necessary will be invoiced to the user.

Seventy-five percent of rental charges paid by the user may be credited against the sale of this unit or processing equipment purchased as a result of testing with this unit.
