TERMS & REQUIREMENTS FOR TESTING

1. Where applicable, product test samples should be cut down into 12² x 12² squares.

2. Where applicable, a minimum of 12 sample pieces should be provided.

3. All test samples including coatings are to be marked or tagged with test # and marked for "Process Heat Lab.

4. All test samples shipped to above address.

5. Paints, adhesives, or other coatings will be accepted in quart containers only.

6. All flammable or hazardous products will not be accepted without a "Material Safety Data Sheet attached and each container labeled with its contents.

7. All products sent in for testing must be sent freight prepaid.

8. On completion of testing, all test material will be returned to the customer, or if non hazardous, disposed of with customer approval.
